Bio

Dr. Hoff grew up on the east coast of Florida. After high school she moved out of the state for schooling and service opportunities and didn’t return until her residency, where she met her husband, James, who also worked in the ER. She moved to the Hill Country of Texas with her family in 2014 when she and James both took jobs at Peterson Regional Medical Center. She came to help out at Family Practice during the COVID crisis in 2021 and enjoyed it so much that she stayed on with the group. She is the mother of 6 children, 3 of whom are still at home. Her sweet, elderly mother also lives with them. She enjoys traveling to see family, the beach, cooking, playing piano, swimming, serving in her church, watching (and sometimes teaching or coaching) her children at their various activities, reading the occasional spy novel, enjoying Texas wildflowers, and taking care of her salt of the earth patients at FPA!
